Several months after the controversial confrontation between Paul Vásquez and Luis Slimming over a joke by the latter in his Viña 2024 routine, another comedian expressed his opinion on the subject.
This is the former “Morandé con Compañía” Rodrigo Villegas, who had the opportunity to shine at the Viña del Mar Festival on a couple of occasions. Regarding the disagreement between his colleagues, he indicated that “There is no humor among comedians”.
“We comedians are serious, we are envious, we have bad feelings about each other. It’s hairy inside, it’s complicated, there is no humor among comedians. That’s why I isolate myself“I’m like a hermit of humor and I’m in my bubble,” he said in conversation with DNA.

Regarding the annoyance of “El Flaco”, Villegas pointed out that “It bothered Flaco because he wants to be an icon of good vibesnot an icon of drugs, of the pastor, of all that… he wants to be an icon of those who help, of those who are a firefighter.”
“I believe that El Flaco is wanting to have another image. And I believe that Luis Slimming is so talented that suddenly there is no need to hit another comedian“he concluded.
