The Chilean actress Fernanda Urrejola revealed what it was like to work with J. K. Simmonswith whom he shared the screen in “You Can’t Run Forever.”

In that film he became a co-star, even appearing on the poster alongside that of the renowned actor.

As she told El Mercurio, the experience was “incredible,” confiding that in her first meeting with the Oscar winner “at first, she was scared to death.”

“His character is a crazy killer. At that stage, he did not want to develop a relationship of trust between us, because the scenes that involved us were very strong,” Urrejola said.

“Luckily, I already had a relationship with the director (Michelle Schumacher), who is his wife. Afterwards we had time to meet him off the set (…) Otherwise, I would have been left with a very strange feeling. The friendship and the friendly moment came after making the film.”

According to what she told the newspaper, after a telematic audition the director “asked me to do the scene again and, when I finished, she was crying. She told me: ‘I want it to be you.’ “I was jumping on one leg.”

The film, directed by Michelle Schumacher, was released a month ago in the United States.
