San Juan (EFE).- Puerto Rican rapper Villano Antillano presented ‘Miss Misogyny’, her second studio album, in which she pays tribute to rebellious women and vindicates other female rappers, such as Spanish rapper Mala Rodríguez, who participates in the album.

“’Miss Misogyny’ really feels like a second album. It is an immense leap forward for me as an artist and as a human. ‘Punchline’ after ‘punchline’. Exceptionally great. I’ve been listening to it for months non-stop and I wouldn’t change a thing,” Villano Antillano said in a statement about the production.

“I think that’s what I’ve been wanting to hear from women in rap for a while now and I’m really glad to be able to contribute to that redirection. This is for the cynics and the girls with attitude problems; you were always clear and they don’t know shit, babe,” she added.

Only two collaborations on his album

‘Miss Misogyny’ consists of 10 songs with two unique collaborations, Mala Rodríguez in the song ‘Vicio’, and with the also Puerto Rican Nesi in ‘Títeres’.

In ‘Vicio’, Villana and Mala openly highlight uncontrollable sexual desire, with direct and seductive lyrics, accompanied by electronic rhythms, the statement said.

“Thank you Mala Rodríguez for betting on a rebellious little girl from the countryside of Puerto Rico, for welcoming me with open arms and for giving me the honor of having a bombshell song with a legend,” Villana shared on her Instagram account.

Meanwhile, in ‘Títeres’, Puerto Rican women bluntly rhyme explicit verses that talk about toxic relationships, where sexual chemistry is still present, the note added.

Villano Antillano’s first album was ‘La Sustancia X’, released in December 2022.

One of the artist’s greatest musical contributions was her collaboration with Argentine music producer Bizarrap on ‘Villano Antillano: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 51’, which has accumulated more than 306 million plays on Spotify and more than 260 million views on YouTube.
