“So when we start looking at these types of things, what we have to do is study and those who do not study have to work, there is no other magical way,” said the Provincial President and remarked that “and that happens in all the places that were developed, working and studying, of course, there are evolutions, working also implies producing, working also implies industrializing, adding value to things, setting up companies and then one amalgamates it.”

Then, Valdés expressed that “in this town we need to have housing and we need to have this and that and we started from the beginning and built the 10 homes” and said that “when we started the Oñondivé program I said, I’m going to start building housing.” with the mayors, they said, the mayors are not going to build housing, if we have the Housing Institute, look if we were waiting, looking and focusing on Buenos Aires, if we had to wait to see what would happen with Buenos Aires, let’s see “if they sent the money for housing.”

“We have our engineers who studied, our architects, we have qualified personnel and we are going to make a plan to build our Corrientes home, we are going to do it, maybe it will not be like the other home that is worth much more, but for the value of one of the national homes, we are building three homes with the mayors,” said the Governor and added that “we roll up our sleeves and we provide the money for the materials, we provide the land, the mayor provides the money, labor and we roll up our sleeves and here “There is the effort, 10 homes from the efforts of the province of Corrientes and the municipality of Cruz de los Milagros for the neighbors.”

Continuing with his speech, Valdés told those present that “no one is going to give us anything and he asked himself: Who can pay today, what is the economic situation like, who can build their own house?” You can’t go to the bank because the interest will pay you off, you can’t buy the construction materials because they are very expensive and we have, because we manage the Provincial State well, we have the money to build the houses at the speed that you want to give it to finish and solve the problem of the housing deficit here in the town” and added that “there are mayors who, of course, with slightly larger municipalities, with more resources, who built 10 homes even in 3 months, of course I told him, now You do 20 and now it’s forcing you but we’re going to do it and then there’s the other thing, then there’s the difficult part, you have to do what time tells you.”

“This is a productive area, it is an area where every meter of land counts and is worth it and you know it, they have great potential,” remarked the provincial leader and looking at the mayor he expressed that “I think we have to continue working together, oy We are doing 10 blocks of curb and we are going to do 10 more and then we have to gravel it, we have to continue shaping it, we have to keep working”

Next, the Governor revealed that “today I am going to symbolically leave the ATM inaugurated, I know that it has very little left to finish, but since I am not going to return, I am going to take a photo for that old claim, this month we are going to fulfill that dream” and then expressed that “they are not going to have to go to Santa Lucía, and we will be able to continue advancing in that other project.”

Finally, Valdés said that “then we have the police station pending, we are going to be doing it and continue working, I think there is a lot to do” and added that “but don’t give up, not all of it is bad news, we have to continue working To grow, we have to continue working to build the future of the people of Corrientes.”

Then, the Provincial President explained that “very recently this was impossible to do, today we have registered until the year 1940 and we are about to reach the year 1900, which is what we are betting on, so that we digitally have the entire record of all the province” and argued saying that “believe me, it is a huge job but there are other locations we have in other places where we did not have this type of offices, where we could have this type of entry electronically and this generates quite a few inconveniences when processing a document in the event of loss, Today you can have a recognition of paternity, you have the possibility of obtaining a passport directly, process your passport and it arrives directly to you by mail.”

To conclude, Valdés remarked that “in short, today what we are inaugurating is an office, one more service to the community and we are inserting the digital community and fundamentally Cruz de los Milagros, so that we can have the same rights in civil matters and that we can continue moving forward so that this town continues to grow.”

Pablo Prato, director of the Civil Registry of the province of Corrientes, when referring to this inauguration, commented that “it is very pleasant to be here today at the inauguration of the registry headquarters, but I want to say that it is not only the headquarters, but it is the creation of the Provincial Registry of Persons because this registry did not even exist on paper” and continued explaining that “last year, the mayor came to talk to me about the need to create the Cruz de los Milagros registry, at that time The springs of the government of the province of Corrientes were set in motion, and so by decree of Governor Gustavo Valdés, decree 3034 of 2023, of November 17, 2023, the delegation of the provincial registry of the people of the province was created. town of Cruz de los Milagros that we are delivering today” he concluded.
