The institutional offer of the Villanueva mayor’s office, led by Cielomar Peñaloza, began in the Santo Tomás, El Hormigueral, 6 de Abril and Altos de Javier Socarrás neighborhoods.

Peñaloza explained that, in coordination with the hospital, its PHC programs and its mobile unit, services have been offered such as Citizen Income, Sisbén, health care, insurance and others to which the community is entitled, but that perhaps it is not aware of. .
«We have visited house to house, where upon our arrival we are received with joy. What we want is to build, hand in hand with families, a new future for them, mitigating a little the needs that we find in our path,” he pointed out.
