It is a gesture of gratitude from the union movement to people who have given everything in their workplace and who also have great social recognition,” said Ekaterina Gowen Dickinson, general secretary of the Cuban Workers’ Central (CTC) in the territory. .

“The effort and dedication with which our people work deserves the recognition of the labor movement. If the results of the province stand out in the country, it is because there are people like them, willing to work and do it well,” said the union leader.

They were attended by Deivy Pérez Martín, first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC); Alexis Lorente Jiménez, Governor of Sancti Spíritus, leaders of political and mass organizations.
