Works like the Corales Glorieta, the Turin road intersection, the arrangement of urban and rural roads, are some of the projects that the Mayor’s Office of Pereira is looking forfinance with a percentage of the total property tax collection, resources with which programs of the different agencies such as education, housing, social development, municipal debts, and operating expenses.
This Tuesday, April 30, the deadline for taxpayers to make their payments with the discount of up to 15%, offered as an incentive by the Mayor’s Office, expires in the capital Riseraldense, in order to reach the 100% of the collection goal in advance.
The discount is divided into 10% of the total invoice and an additional 5% if you paid your property tax for the 2023 period before May 31, 2023.

They warn that once the deadline expires this coming April 30, there will be no application of discounts and payment will have to be made in full.
The payment points that Pereira residents can visit are: Timely Service Center, Torre Central Building Local 104; Bet points and the Energy Company, Banking entities such as Bancolombia, Av Villas, Banco Agrario, Banco de Occidente, Colpatria, Banco Caja Social, Sudameris, Banco Popular, Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Bancoomeva, Itaú, Banco Pichincha and BBVA , and through the web portal.
