After 12 hours of work in the Government Council, Mayor Johana Aranda announced that the ‘Ibagué for All’ Development Plan 2024-2028 is now ready to be presented to the Municipal Council.
The Local Government has completed the process of building the roadmap that will guide the growth and development of the Musical Capital over the next four years. This Tuesday, April 30, it will be taken to the council for debate in extraordinary sessions.
«After 4 months of teamwork, having visited all the towns and communes, we can say that we have consolidated the Development Plan document, where we will provide all the necessary efforts to complete, fulfill and execute the projects and dreams that we have. for Ibagué,” said the Secretary of Planning, Daniela Cabrera.
According to the official, the PDM will have a differential approach towards children and adolescents, and the promotion of programs that directly benefit this population of the capital of Tolima.
In addition, large investments are planned in road, cultural, social, sports and public services infrastructure, with the aim of improving the quality of life of all the inhabitants of Ibagué.
