The Delegate for Economy and Finance stated that between the years 2019 – 2022, the managers would have issued resolutions without legal support for coercive collection of obligations, for an approximate value of $1,000 million to the health care company, for which they had no powers. legal, in which they incurred an excess of functions.

Given this situation, the PGN indicated that, apparently, officials Velazco and Anaya had overlooked the resources of the General Participation System, such as the health regime, which cannot be seized or used for others. purposes.
