The Government of Cundinamarca has announced that the department will host its first Half Marathon. Within the framework of the launch of the Sports and Recreation Cluster of Bogotá and Cundinamarca, Indeportes highlighted that the city of Zipaquirá will host this exciting event in the month of October. This project has the collaboration of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, the National Government, the District Institute of Recreation and Sports and the Colombian Olympic Committee, and is positioned as one of the high-impact sporting events that will boost tourism, the economy and business opportunities in the sector.
With the aim of structuring and defining all the details of this great sporting activity, which will be carried out for the first time in the Department, the technical tables will begin. These tables will allow you to establish the participation parameters, the route, the times and the categories. It is important to highlight that the Sports Cluster seeks to promote new business opportunities among entrepreneurs in the department in the tourism and sports sectors.
