Project advances for Puerto Colombia to become an Atlantic district

The information was released by the representative to the Chamber, Gersel Pérez, who celebrated the possibility that the municipality becomes a tourist, cultural, historical and technological district.

“In the plenary session of the House of Representatives, we have unanimously approved the draft legislative act that seeks to elevate our beloved municipality of Puerto Colombia to the category of tourist, cultural, historical and technological district. We are proud to be able to share this news with the people of Buenos Aires,” said Pérez.

The author of the initiative was representative Dolcey Torres, with a presentation by Carlos Felipe Quintero.

The draft legislative act It was approved in the second debate and must go through 6 more to raise the category of Puerto Colombia.

“As co-author of this project, they have our full support and backing to continue defending this PAL, which still needs to go through 6 more debates to become a reality,” said the congressman.
