In an unfortunate event that occurred near the villages of La Casirva and Los Cauchos, located in the municipality of Sácama north of Casanare, a car with 15 passengers on board was set on fire by unidentified individuals. The vehicle, belonging to the Paz del Rio Gacela line company with license plate SZO150 internal number 114, was traveling on its usual route between Tame and Bogotá when it was intercepted by the attackers on the Los Libertadores road.
La Gacela had left Tame at noon, the incident occurred kilometers from Sácama, where the perpetrators, who identified themselves as members of the 28th front of the FARC dissidents, forced the passengers to get off the bus and did not allow them to recover their belongings. belongings.
This attack is the most recent in a series of incidents that have also affected the Libertadores company on 2 occasions, and represents a serious risk to the safety of local inhabitants and travelers traveling on the roads between Casanare, Arauca and Boyacá.
