On Friday afternoon (04/26) personnel from the Neuquén Anti-Narcotics Department carried out a search procedure with positive results, managing to seize prohibited substances and homemade firearms.
As a result of several complaints through the “Neuquén Te Cuida App”, the aforementioned personnel carried out investigation tasks for more than 15 days, where they managed to identify a subject and a home in the Confluencia neighborhood of the capital city where a point of sale of prohibited substances in violation of law 23,737.
With all the evidence collected, the uniformed officers carried out a search warrant at the home with positive results, managing to locate and seize the sum of $899,500 pesos in National currency, two cell phones, 39 wrappers of cocaine hydrochloride, 56 grams of cocaine hydrochloride unfractionated, 110.8 grams of cannabis sativa, two homemade firearms, three 12/70 caliber cartridges and one 28, remains of a cannabis sativa plant in the drying process and $351,200 pesos in national currency. It is worth mentioning that the arrest of the investigated subject was achieved and the notification of judicial proceedings was achieved to two subjects involved.
Finally, both the delayed person and the seized substances were at the disposal of the intervening justice.
