A man was assaulted and beaten days ago while he was heading to his home near the Las Chivas stream in the town of Lozano, in the municipality of Yala.

According to sources consulted by The Tribune of Jujuya man days ago in the afternoon went out to do physical activity on the road that connects the Carlos Alvarado neighborhood of the town of Lozano with the neighboring Yala.

Under these circumstances, while the victim returned at approximately 7:20 p.m., he was crossing the Las Chivas stream on foot to return to his house and observed three men on the stairs near the bridge.

It was then that one of the men spoke to the victim and asked him the time.

The victim responded that he was going to tell him the time while taking out his cell phone, at which point one of the subjects asked him for the device.

The victim refused the request and it was time for the three suspects to attack him violently.

Thus, the attackers threw the victim to the ground, who managed to get up, although they began to attack him with punches and kicks to immobilize him in place.

Consequently, the victim was reduced after the violent attack, so he told the subjects that he was giving them his belongings so that they would stop hitting him.

For that reason, the victim gave the suspects his cell phone and wallet, the only items of value he had at the time.

After achieving what they were looking for, the subjects quickly left, climbing the stairs near the bridge and fled along the tracks towards the town of Yala.

After suffering the attack, the victim went home and from there to the Lozano Subpolice Station.

At the police station, the victim narrated the attack he suffered and provided the physical and clothing characteristics of the subjects who savagely beat him, one of whom had his face uncovered while the remaining two had a hood, making it difficult for him to describe them.
