Juan Manuel Caicedo Cardona from Cali is the new head of the Communications Office of the Mayor’s Office of Santiago de Cali. Caleño from a Cali family, he is a social communicator and journalist from the Externado University of Colombia, he has an outstanding professional career of more than 25 years in the areas of marketing and communications, leading communication strategies and campaigns for state entities and international organizations.
He was head of the Communications and Citizen Service Office of Migration Colombia, director and presenter on television channels such as Caracol and Telmex, and head of marketing at Econeosser.
His experience covers crisis management, strengthening institutional relationships, social network management, SEO positioning, branding, advertising and coordination with agencies and media.
