The wave of selective homicides in the district of Riohacha does not stop this Sunday four people have been murdered, among them, a woman who was found in a hidden area on the slopes of the urban area of the Riohacha district.
The first bloody incident occurred around 3:00 in the morning, on Carrera 7H and Calle 57, when two men approached their victim, Andrés David Pichón Rivadeneira, who they attack with a firearm, shooting him repeatedly. Neighbors in the area state that they heard more than 10 shots and eight projectiles penetrated him, killing him while he was receiving medical attention.
Five hours later, they notified the public force that in the area of an indigenous community there was a semi-naked body of a woman. The uniformed men approach the place and indeed, in the El Manantial rancheria, Exit from Riohacha to the south of La Guajira, at kilometer 3 they find the corpse of a woman, whose age ranges from 35 to 40 years old, with signs of violence, torture and stabbing in different parts of the body.

Again, before noon this Sunday, the murderous bullets appear again but this time in a rural area of the Riohacha district. Two men were killed, who were traveling on a motorcycle along the Caribbean trunk, in the jurisdiction of the Camarones township.
At the scene, one died immediately, while the other was taken to a clinic in the capital of La Guajira, however, despite medical efforts, she died; being identified as: José Luis Morillo Morrisnative of Barranquilla and Luis Alberto Vasqueznative of Ciénaga.
With these violent deaths, the capital of La Guajira continues to remain in the Guajiro territory with the largest number of people who have lost their lives against their will. So far this year, they have died in Riohacha approximately 42.
