The current EPET 20 building has rooms on the ground floor, upper floor and patio. These include bathrooms, cleaning office, storage room, materials storage, workshops, classrooms, reading room, library, psycho-pedagogical office, laboratory, kitchen, buffet, dining room, multipurpose room with bathrooms, changing room and kitchen-buffet.
The building is divided into two large wings. In one of them the seven heavy workshops are located, such as sheet metal, carpentry and turning, among others; while the remaining one has two floors: in the lower one there are 12 classrooms and in the upper one there are five workshops and another five classrooms for those workshops.
The work was carried out through Upefe, within the National Program for the Renovation of Technical-Professional Education Buildings of the National Institute of Technical Education (INET).
