As part of Animal Day, last Saturday (date rescheduled due to inclement weather), the Municipality of Yerba Buena organized a Mega event with a parade, talks on pet care, raffles and entrepreneur fairs, which took place in an emblematic point of the city, such as the roundabout at the foot of the hill, for residents to enjoy with their pets.
In this way, the municipality of Yerba Buena planned different activities, where they worked together with the different areas. During the day the veterinary trailer was present (where free vaccinations and deworming were carried out); There was also Eco Exchange, with an ecological space that was intended for them to bring their recyclables and take a liquid fertilizer, seedlings and compost as a gift.
It was a busy day, in a pleasant family atmosphere where neighbors and visitors enjoyed themselves with their pets. In addition, interactive games were developed at the tourism stand and by the sports department, which was in charge of animation and entertainment. On the other hand, a health stand from the Dr. Ramón Carrillo Center assisted with questions and concerns.
