A video is circulating on social networks in which apparently the zonal head of a ‘D1’ supermarket in Riohacha (La Guajira) forced one of his employees to sign a voluntary resignation letterfor reasons that so far they are unknown, but according to the conversation between both people it would have been done because The boss did not want to file a complaint against the worker.

The footage, which lasts five (5) minutes, shows the defendant pressuring one of his employees to accept resignation under duress: “Don’t worry, I’m not going to report it either,”the employee is heard saying at the beginning of the video.

Immediately afterwards a woman appears, who apparently is an assistant to the supermarket manager, who sits in a chair and begins to write the employee’s resignation letter that the accused himself dictates to him against the store worker, who according to the video He identifies himself as Giancarlo Romero.

During the trial, the accused asks the employee for personal information so that the woman continues writing the resignation letter.

“It is stated here that we are not going to initiate illegal action against you, any criminal complaint, or anything like that.”the alleged superior tells him.
