“He has been missing for four months, he left on December 9, 2023, from the municipality of Punto Fijo in the state of Falcón – Venezuela, the boat was found in January but for a month now they have told me that they have seen it in Riohacha in street condition.” “said the woman who identified herself as Marilyn Rojas, mother of Gustavo Lugo, who does not lose hope of finding her son alive and returning with him to her country of origin. It should be remembered that the yellow boat named “Rogui” was located by the Colombian authorities on January 12, 2024, south of San Andrés Island, but they only found the body of a person in a state of decomposition.
