The criminal prosecutor 2 of the Serious Attacks against Persons Unit, Gabriel González, will represent the Public Prosecutor’s Office before the Guarantee Court 7 of the judicial district of the Center, in the flexible and multipurpose hearing where his request for preventive detention requested in date April 9, 2024 for a 21-year-old man as the perpetrator of the crime of simple homicide; serious injuries (2 incidents) and minor injuries (4 incidents) in an ideal combination of crimes and for a 20-year-old man, as a secondary participant in these crimes.
