The scandal of the fight between councilors in the municipality of Pivijay has not yet ended. After the complaint he made to Tracking.co the councilor of the Green Alliance Francisco Redondowho told his version of the events, his fellow member of the same corporation, councilor César Anillo Sarmiento, of the New Liberalism, decided to go out to the public to tell his own version.

In his version, Caesar Ring agrees with Councilman Redondo that they met at a “cleberation with some friends” on the night of May 5.
“Already in the early morning hours (May 6), Councilor Francisco Redondo, councilor of the Alianza Verde party, arrived in the company of former councilor Eduardo Medina and a couple of other friends. At the celebration, a brand of alcohol was being consumed , which he (Francisco Redondo) did not consume because ‘it drove him crazy’, in his exact words. Therefore, upon hearing it, I looked for him a bottle of another brand as a detail on my part,” explains the new complainant.
According to Anillo Sarmiento’s story, councilor Francisco Redondo “starts a conversation with Mr. Germán González (former candidate for Mayor of Pivijay) and, suddenly, he takes him by surprise and attacks him, slapping him hard, and runs away from the scene.”.
According to this story, Councilman Francisco Redondo was supposedly the aggressor, and that he himself fled the scene for a considerable distance, where two people on a motorcycle picked him up and he left.
Councilman César Anillo, involved in the fight over his partner, says that he, upon returning to the scene, found that “someone was breaking the windows” (of Councilman Francisco Redondo’s car).
“When I return to the scene I see someone breaking the windows. Seeing this, I immediately intervene so that the vehicle does not continue to be affected. There are several witnesses who can corroborate my statements,” said councilor César Anillo, in his defense.
According to the lobbyist, due to these situations in which he has been involved, he decided to go to the Prosecutor’s Office and report his corporate colleague for the crimes of libel and slander.
Furthermore, he says that he feels “threatened” by expressions and comments made by the councilor that make him fear for his life and that of his family.
“I fear for my life and that of my family, for the way in which I have been exposed and today I am the target of the podium of many citizens who are unaware of the truth of the facts, therefore, I hold Mr. Franco Redondo responsible for what aggression he we can potentially receive,” said the Pivijay councilor.
