After an interesting effort among the students of the University’s Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, different sporting events have had a great space on the campus of the university foundation, this time it is the turn for mountain biking, as the Third Race on May 25, where the participation of all MTB (mountainbike) lovers is expected, not only from the city of Tunja but from nearby municipalities.
“I want to invite you to join us in this great race, where we will have 5 categories: open male amateur, elite sub 23, master A from 30 to 40 years old, master B from 41 years and older and the female category will be open. “The registration fee ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on the category and we will also award an important prize for first to fifth place in each of the categories,” said Marlon Ramírez, student and organizer of the race.
It is worth highlighting the value that has been given to sport and integration by Juan de Castellanos, wanting to link and encourage sports practice to the entire Boyacá population, and from its academic program each student has the possibility of contributing their knowledge of sports practices.
