More than two months after the crime of Sebastian Villarrealthe 45-year-old boy who lost his life after being assaulted and shot twice at the door of his house, the criminal situation of the detainees worsened and their charges could be higher.
In this context, by order of the prosecutor Andres Godoy the title of the cover was changed, from homicide on the occasion of robbery to homicide criminis causawhich could further complicate the situation for the four detainees. Now they could receive life in prison for the crime committed on February 29.
It is important to note that there is currently a fifth defendant who is 14 years old, but he cannot be charged due to his minority.
