Dario Osorio live a sweet present with him Midtjyllandwhere he has nine goals and is still in the fight for the title of the Danish Super League. The great moment of the former University of Chile has made him a wish for several teams in the face of the next European football transfer market.

The national team spoke about this in conversation with the Danish site Bold, where in April he was asked about the interest he has generated and what his future aspirations are. And Osorio aims high: he wants to play among the best in the world and return Chile to a World Cup.

First, Osorio commented that he prefers not to hear about those interested in him until the end of the season. “I don’t pay attention to rumors. When the time comes I will speak to my representatives, but I am focused on my team and doing the right thing. We will have to see what happens in the future,” he said.

Then, the forward outlined goals for his future: “My dream is to play in the Champions League and represent my country in a World Cup,” he expressed. Furthermore, he stated that “I watch the English Premier League a lot, it is a competition that I really like.”

Osorio has nine goals since his arrival at Midtjylland in September 2023, transferred directly from the University of Chile. His goals and prominence have made clubs like Liverpool, Olympique de Marseille and Galatasaray set their sights on him, according to international media.

His stay in Denmark, however, has also been marked by the difficulty of seeing his family. “It’s very hard to be away. I’m here with my wife who has been with me since I moved. Thanks to her it has become easier to be here so far from home, with the cold, the language and all that,” Osorio concluded.
