The deputy mayor delegate for Human Resources and Occupational Health, Cintia Bustoshas approved the new General Bases of the Personnel Selection Processes of the Córdoba City Council, which are published today at the municipal headquarters for the general knowledge of citizens. These bases determine the selective system, tests to be passed, programs and applicable qualification forms to successive calls launched by the City Council, in accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the Constitution.

The processes will be governed by the guiding principles of all selection procedures: publicity, transparency and impartiality and professionalism of the members of the selection bodies. These bases do not include the selective processes corresponding to the personnel of the Security Area Corps (Local Police and Fire Fighting and Rescue Service) of the Córdoba City Council.

General rules on distribution of places

The places will be able to leave in free access shift, which will be the preferential access system, which will comply with the provisions of the general regulations; a internal promotion shift, which may be carried out in ordinary admission calls (in which case the call agreement will determine the number of places that will be reserved for the internal promotion shift), or through specific calls. Requirements for applicants

Persons interested in participating in the selection processes, to be admitted to the selective tests, must meet, in any case, the following requirementsall of them referring to the day on which the deadline for submitting applications ends, and the same must be maintained during the development of the entire selection process: a) have the nationality Spanish, without prejudice to the provisions of article 57 of TREBEP. b) Possess the functional capacity for the performance of tasks. c) Have compliments sixteen years and not exceed, where applicable, the maximum age of forced retirement. d) Not having been separated by disciplinary file of the service of any of the Public Administrations or of the Constitutional or Statutory Bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor be found in absolute or special disqualification for jobs or public positions by judicial resolution, for access to the body or scale of corresponding official, or to exercise functions similar to those they performed in the case of labor personnel, in which they had been separated or disqualified. If you are a national of another State, not be disabled or in an equivalent situation nor have they been subjected to a disciplinary or equivalent sanction that prevents, in their State, under the same terms, access to public employment. and) Possess the degree that is required in the specific bases of each call or the justification of having requested it and paid the corresponding fees to obtain it.

Applicants with qualifications obtained abroad must prove that they are in possession of the corresponding validation or the credential of homologation to a Spanish qualifying title, or certificate of its equivalence to a degree and official university academic level.

Interested peopleThey may only submit the application to participate in the selection process electronically, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Córdoba City Council, in the official model, which will be accessed, in general, through the general access point of the electronic registry for the processing of candidate registrations in the selective processes. The submission of the application electronically will be carried out following the instructions indicated, being necessary to identify yourself using the Cl@ve electronic identification and signature platform, in any of its modalities.

Competition-opposition system

It is the preferred selective system to be developed in the internal promotion turn when it is determined in the specific bases of the call and whenever it is advisable or necessary to assess other merits other than the knowledge that can be evaluated through tests or exams. The first phase or competition phase It will be prior to the opposition, through the self-score of merits, it will not have an eliminatory nature and it cannot be taken into account to pass the tests of the opposition phase. This phase will consist of the exercises that are expressly determined in each specific base, all of them mandatory and of an eliminatory nature.

Thus for Group A: Subgroups A1 and A2: lThe tests for access, in free time, to the categories belonging to these degree groups will be made up of at least three exercises. A first exercise that will consist of answering a multiple choice questionnaire of alternative answers. A second exercise that will consist of developingr in writing for a maximum of two hours, two topics from among three topics drawn at random from those included in the specific part of the program of each call, according to the corresponding annex to it. The topics will be chosen by the Secretary of the Court through a draw by insaculation. AND a third exercise that will consist of the resolution of a practical case.

For Group C: Subgroups C1 and C2. The tests for access to the categories belonging to these degree groups will consist of two exercises. A first exercise will consist of answering a multiple choice questionnaire with alternative answers; and a second exercise, which will consist of the resolution of one or more practical cases or practical tests that will be related to the subjects of the specific part of the program of each call chosen by the secretary of the court by drawing lots from among those prepared or proposed by the Court.

Auxiliary Professionals Group. The tests for access to the categories belonging to this group will consist of two exercises: a multiple choice questionnaire with alternative answers, and the resolution, in writing or manually, of one or more assumptions or practical tests included in the specific part of the program of each call.
