The President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric Font, will hold his third public account before the Plenary Congress in Valparaíso starting at 11:00 this Saturday.
Last year, the President’s speech lasted nearly three hours. For this year, the speech should be more limited. At least that is what the head of state previously anticipated.
The Minister of the Interior, Carolina Tohá, confirmed that the exhibition will be shorter, commenting that everyone will be able to watch the Real Madrid match, referring to the Champions League final that will be played at 3:00 p.m. in Chile.
Former presidents Eduardo Frei, Ricardo Lagos and Michelle Bachelet, as well as former first lady Cecilia Morel, presented their excuses, so they will not be present at the meeting.
