This is how Santander prepares to accompany Atlético Bucaramanga in the final of the Soccer League

After the historic qualification of Atlético Bucaramanga to the grand final of Colombian soccer, in Santander the authorities organize support during the home and away matches against Santa Fe.

The governor of Santander, Juvenal Díaz, in a meeting with the mayors of the metropolitan area, announced that the 87 municipalities of the department will have screens so that the inhabitants of each of them can watch, in public places, the Atlético Bucaramanga matches.

“I delegate the Secretary of the Interior of Santander, Óscar Hernández, to ensure that in each municipality people can watch the match and support the team in this decisive phase,” said Díaz Mateus.

In the case of Bucaramanga, Mayor Jaime Andrés Beltrán announced the installation of three giant screens in the North of Bucaramanga, Ciudad Bolívar and the El Porvenir neighborhood.

For his part, in Girón, Mayor Campo Elías Ramírez said that the municipality will have two free sites to watch the meetings. However, the places where the Gironese will be able to observe it are being defined.

In Floridablanca, Mayor José Fernando Sánchez will make four screens available to the community, some of them in the La Cumbre neighborhood.

Likewise, Lebrija will also have a screen next Saturday in the main park Valle de Los Ángeles.

Mayor Jaime Andrés Beltrán also invited Bumangueses to join from their homes in support of the team.

“I want to call on citizens to put the Bucaramanga flag outside their homes, to put the team’s shield on our social media profiles, but also to wear the shirt for the city. “We are going to respect and celebrate in peace,” said the local leader.
