The murdered colorist was the one who often confronted and denounced Guzmán to his bosses, due to the conflicts caused by his frequent use of formaldehyde to straighten hair at the hair salon. And that is also reflected in the chats.
In the resolution, the judge transcribed part of the conversations of the WhatsApp group “Verdini Beruti”, which was made up of its owner, Facundo Verdini, and the rest of the employees, including Medina and Guzmán.

There, it can be seen that on February 2, Verdini forwarded an audio from his lawyer, only identified as Maximiliano, in which the lawyer made the following warning: “I have learned that products prohibited by the Ministry of Health for hair care and treatment, such as Formol. The firm already has a sanction and monetary fine for the use of this product by employees, therefore, if I become aware of this again, I will take sanctioning measures, the most serious being dismissal with cause.”
Despite this warning, on February 23, Verdini himself decided to send his employees a video, in which, given the evidence that the problems continued, he directly exposed Guzmán.

I really do not understand”.
