The Province and Bancor presented loans for SMEs that want to export – La Voz de San Justo

The San Francisco Industrial, Technological and Logistics Park received entrepreneurs from the city and the region to learn about the offer of credit programs and financing lines Bancor Agencia ProCórdoba SEM City of San Francisco.

The meeting was attended by the president of the ProCórdoba Agency, Pablo De Chiara; Marina Llaryora, representing the Bank of the Province of Córdoba; Mayor Damián Bernarte; the provincial legislator Gustavo Tévez; authorities and representatives of different business chambers of the city and the region.

Among the lines and credit contributions that were presented is a Promotion and Technical Assistance program for Exporters aimed at Córdoba companies that carry out their activities abroad and can be considered as exports; export pre-financing line; Minimum MSME quota; Sepyme classification and financing for companies in industrial parks, among others.

Collaboration between the public and private sectors was emphasized to promote exports.

Bernarte highlighted that “the ProCórdoba Agency has become a State policy in the province and that must be valued, especially because three different governors have maintained this proposal of accompanying international trade from Córdoba. This is not common to see in the rest of the country, as well as the permanent and constant relationship with the municipal government.”

“In San Francisco we are proud to have the first governor who is not a native of Córdoba Capital and who is from our city. Furthermore, he has a productivist matrix in his DNA that should encourage us due to the battery of possibilities that are generated from the policies that our governor implements in the province that tend to encourage and develop our export potential,” added the mayor. .

He said that “it is necessary to thank the companies of the city and the region that, in complex contexts like the one we are going through, often sustain at a loss international markets that are very difficult to conquer in a tremendously competitive environment. We from the municipality try to follow the line set by the provincial government because we are clearly in tune with what government management can be. That is why from the municipality we encourage that we have personnel based in the city to answer questions and accompany the efforts of our businessmen.”

Bernarte recalled that the municipality “grants a tax credit to all those businessmen who participate in international missions. This year we have delivered two certificates, one of them to La Cumbrecita and another to the Torletti firm based in this Industrial Park. This tool collaborates and encourages participation in international missions.”

For his part, De Chiara indicated that “these programs were presented 20 days ago with the idea of highlighting production and showing the province as an attractive place to make investments.”

He noted that in the 22 years that the ProCórdoba Agency has “worked to show the province of Córdoba to the world as the ideal place to make investments through the internationalization of production. The fact that a Mediterranean province like this encourages exports has to do with a political decision by our governor.”

“The ProCórdoba Agency has a board that works based on consensus between the public and private sectors because Governor Martín Llaryora understands that those who export are the private ones and we have to create the conditions for the private sector to do well,” he continued.

Representing the Chamber of Foreign Commerce of San Francisco and the Region (CCE), Rubén Filippa highlighted that “this call is worth gold because it allows us to meet to share things that are very motivating and very positive. From the Chamber we are aligned with what ProCórdoba proposes. For the first time in many years we have everything prepared and that is very important.”

Then, María Florencia Ricca, director of ValorA, indicated that “our experience with the ProCórdoba Agency comes from when we started exporting in 2014 and we continue to do so uninterruptedly. To get to this point in the company, the ProCórdoba Agency had a lot to do with many actions that helped us, among other things, get through the pandemic. Also, from the Chamber, we know that these are completely feasible and accessible projects.”

For her part, Marina Llaryora provided a detailed explanation about the complete program of credit lines that Banco Provincia de Córdoba has available to assist companies in San Francisco and the region.
