Nicole National Tour of Theaters
There are few national artists like Nicole. With an unprecedented tour of theaters throughout the country, the national composer will celebrate 30 years since the release of their second album Waiting for nothingwith dates between November and December.
“I am very excited, because touring as many theaters as there are in Chile was something I had really wanted to do for a long time. And in this instance, which is super special, where this album marks 30 years, a work that marked a very important beginning,” the artist commented on this tour in a statement.
This tour will begin on November 8 at the Lucho Gatica Regional Theater, in Rancagua, to continue in theaters in Temuco, La Serena, Valparaíso, Talca and Concepción. The tour will close, in a special way, the December 22 at the Municipal Theater of Santiagooccasion that will be Nicole’s first time performing on this solemn capital stage.
With 12 songs and produced in Spain by Tito Dávila, Waiting for nothing It became the national singer’s reaffirmation of her commitment to her musical career.
Thirty years later, Nicole hopes to perform this album live in its entirety, which for her has meant reuniting with songs “that I haven’t played in many yearsand that took me to places that I treasured: I relived many moments of recording and concerts that I did at that time. Just like the first times I went on the radio with ‘Without Gamulán’ or ‘Waiting for Nothing’. When I had that dream of doing well in music, of being able to really dedicate myself to this and only to music. All that feeling came back to my mind”.
