The measure was taken after the technical inspection carried out by the Secretary of Public Works, which determined the poor condition of this structure.

“By order of Mayor Alcira Sandoval Ibáñez, we have carried out a technical inspection of the structures of the pedestrian bridges and sections of this national route, which are quite deteriorated, for which we express our concern and urgently request attention from the national entities responsible for their good condition,” said the engineer, José Galindo, Secretary of Works of Soledad.
