Crime does not go down a line in the department of Magdalena. Yesterday afternoon, at least two unidentified criminals with firearms committed a robbery in the form of ‘lock office’ at the Davivienda bank in the municipality of Ciénaga, Magdalena.
According to the first information, the antisocials arrived on a motorcycle to the bank and quickly got off to initially intimidate the security guard, employees and users with their firearms; While one took care, the other stole the money, apparently from the tills.
With the loot in their hands, the assailants ran out and got on the motorcycle on which they arrived at the site to leave in an unknown direction.
After what happened, the workers of the bank made a call to the authorities who immediately arrived at the site to report the situation and carry out the respective investigation of what happened.
Although the uniformed police officers carried out the so-called ‘lock plan’ to find the whereabouts of the criminals, it did not have a positive result.
“The Sijín and the Sipol are verifying the security cameras to establish what happened, how the subjects acted and of course identify them to capture them,” said a police source.
