The leadership of the Samario team thinks that Arturo Reyes does not have the 26-year-old midfielder among his priorities, beyond the fact that he suffered a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his left foot, which kept him off the field for a good part of the tournament. .
“The boy is bored and worried because he doesn’t play. We are also concerned about him because he is one of our best assets, which is requested by other clubs,” said Eduardo Dávila, the ‘Bananeros’ largest shareholder.
Dávila explained that Fuad Char Abdala, a shareholder of the shark club, requested the loan of Cantillo and Roberto Hinojoza “because he knows about soccer and is clear that they can contribute a lot to Junior, but Reyes has not used Cantillo. Neither before he was injured nor after he recovered.”
The owner of the ‘Ciclón’ assured that he already spoke with Char Abdala about the situation and he told him that he was going to consult with Reyes. “I know that Fuad understands our concern,” he said.
Alberto Garzón, president of the Unión, ratified the nonconformity that is felt in the squad on the other side of the river with respect to Cantillo.
“We, Unión Magdalena, are concerned because Mr. Arturo Reyes did not take it into account. That is why we want to reach an agreement so that they are not returned,” Garzón told EL HERALDO.
“He is an excellent player, he is an asset for Unión Magdalena and we cannot allow them to be devalued. We must protect the future and luck of our player,” he added.
Garzón said that among the efforts they have made to undo the loan transfer business, there was already a dialogue with Jhon Char, grandson of Fuad Char, who is the link between the team and Junior’s board of directors.
