Oswaldo Cárdenas, whose brother was murdered by paramilitaries, is one of the beneficiaries.
“There is no money that will pay for the death of any family member or loved one, but it is well received because one has debts, there are some expenses at home, So it is good to invest that money,” said the beneficiary of the repair.
The majority of victims who have received compensation have been prioritized for being over 68 years of age, be disabled or suffer from high-cost orphan or catastrophic diseases.
