Non-automatic transfers experienced a drop of 98.9% for La Rioja

Significant Drop: Non-automatic transfers earned and paid experienced a real drop of 87.0% and 83.3% respectively compared to the previous year.


Distribution by Secretariats: The majority of the transfers paid went to the Ministry of Education (47.8%), followed by the Ministry of Health (42.5%) and the Ministry of the Interior (3.9%).


Impact by Jurisdiction: All jurisdictions showed contractions in transfers, with the province of Buenos Aires receiving the highest volume in both the accrued and paid stages.


Accumulated January-May: In the first five months of 2024, accumulated transfers accrued and paid decreased by 79.2% and 84.0% in real terms, respectively, being the lowest since 2016.
