On the morning of this Monday, June 10, two motorcycles were involved in a traffic accident at the intersection of Oro and Gobernador Rojas streets, in the Chimbas department.

Two motorcycles heading west along Oro Street collided on the corner of Gobernador Rojas Street. The incident occurred when Nelson Jesús Chávez, 23, was driving his motorcycle, a white Motomell 150, and when he reached the corner of Gobernador Rojas Street to turn left and head south, he was hit in the rear. for the other motorcycle. The last vehicle was driven by Dardo Axel Gómez, 30 years old, who did not see the maneuver that caused the road accident.

At the scene of the incident, 107 personnel were present so that the victims could receive the corresponding medical attention. Fortunately there were no serious injuries.

Personnel from the 17th Police Station that has jurisdiction in the area carried out the pertinent investigations. The prosecutor on duty, Francisco Pizarro, and the prosecutor’s assistant Gemma Cabrera intervened.
