In order to continue encouraging sports and healthy living, the Aysén National Sports Institute (IND) is carrying out the Athletics Workshop in Coyhaique, an initiative that is part of the Crecer en Movimiento program.
The workshop is free and aimed at girls, boys and young people between 12 and 17 years old. The athletics teacher and workshop leader, Francisco Coliboro, explained how the training is carried out. “The training begins with activation, warm-up, joint mobility, dynamic stretching to use all the aspects that the boys must work on and develop,” he indicated.
How to take part?
The Athletics Workshop is held on the athletic track of the Regional Stadium of Coyhaique, on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. While on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Those interested just have to go to the venue and participate.

The Crecer en Movimiento program is an initiative carried out by the IND, to expand the participation of the population in the systematic practice of physical activity and sport throughout the entire life course. This is aimed at children and young people.
