Colombia Women’s Sub 17 Team prepares for the World Cup

There are four months that separate us from the beginning of the U-17 Women’s World Cup in the Dominican Republic and the Colombian National Team continues to prepare to overcome what was done in India 2022, a fact that is not easy at all, since to achieve this, the only way is to lift the title, after having been runners-up to Spain in that edition.

Thinking about this great challenge, The national coach has presented the list of 20 players for the two friendly matches against the Mexican National Team on June 17 and 20, the concentration will begin in Bogotá on June 12 and will last until the 15th and then, on the 16th, travel to Mexico City where these two commitments will take place.

Of these players called up, there are five who will have to leave their clubs and will not be able to perform in the semifinal quadrangles of the BetPlay League. This is the case of Isabella Díaz, Mariana Silva, Sophía Posada for Independiente Santa Fe, Sofía Torres for Millonarios, Daniela Orozco for Nacional and Luisa Agudelo from Deportivo Cali who has just competed in the Sud Ladies Cup with the Under 20 category.
