Pertosa also pointed out that before committing suicide, the man tried to set himself on fire and for this reason he had serious injuries to his body.
“The perimeter was with the mother, with the minor. Judicially there were no restrictions on him approaching his own son. In fact, the mother’s family agrees to her being with the father,” Pertosa clarified.
It was learned that two days before the crime the man was detained for not respecting a perimeter imposed by his ex-partner. The cause for “homicide and investigation of causes of death” was left in the hands of the Functional Unit No. 4.
