The National Traffic Code of Colombia, contained in Law 769 of 2002, is a set of rules that regulate the circulation of vehicles on public roads and private ones open to the public of the country.

  • Category IV: This category is reserved for the most serious violations that may result in the suspension or cancellation of the driver’s license, such as driving a vehicle that has been stolen or driving a vehicle that transports psychoactive substances.
