One of the four Artificial Intelligence Training Centers that the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies will build in the department of Sucre will be located in the city of Sincelejo.

This was announced by the minister Mauricio Lizcanowho in turn delivered 663 computers for boys and girls from 10 institutions in the capital of Sucre, both in the urban and rural areas.
The minister explained that “these devices contain factory programs that allows them to learn about programming, science and mathematics.”
Mayor Yahir Acuña Cardales said that for the construction of the Artificial Intelligence Training Center, the Municipality will make its contributions to this project that is worth 6.5 billion pesos.
In turn, the president of the sincerejanos He highlighted that 2 thousand Sinceleja students will benefit from the TECH Talent program, which consists of training them in advanced digital skills, soft skills, English and project development, to enter the technological labor market and another thousand will be able to obtain a double degree with the Senatic program, which Its main objective is to strengthen technical training in digital skills.

At the same time students and teachers from the capital of Sucre will benefit from ‘Colombia Program’, which is training in programming and computational thinking.
