The province of Cordoba today officially presented its winter season, in an event held in the City of Buenos Aires, which was attended by the president of the Córdoba Tourism Agency, Dario Capitanithe vice president of the Argentine Chamber of Tourism, Fernando Gorbaran and the president of the Tourism Entity Valentin Diaz Giliganwho received the Córdoban delegation and said a few words of welcome.

The event began with the projection of a video that highlights winter tourism products in the province of Córdoba: “Add Córdoba to your Winter” was the phrase that synthesized the spirit of the presentation, inviting everyone to enjoy the numerous proposals that the province has to offer.

At the beginning of the event Capitani noted: “We are with the governor Martin Llaryora to continue developing provincial tourism. Córdoba not only consolidates its tourist outlook, but also increases its quality of services, offerings and events. We are very committed to the development of the industry, strengthening the sector in difficult times. We have high expectations for this winter. In the last two months we have managed to generate a significant economic impact in Córdoba, reaching 100 billion pesos, with sporting and cultural events, which motivates us to continue growing,” stated the minister.

During the presentation, the importance of June was highlighted, a month with two long weekends that anticipate a significant tourist movement. An example of recent success was the Rally Raid Desafío Ruta 40, which attracted numerous tourists and the schedule of events for the months of June and July also promises to attract thousands of visitors, with renowned shows such as DJ Hernán Cattáneo, La Renga , and children’s shows at Espacio Quality, among others.

Captain He also highlighted the various initiatives and benefits implemented to attract tourists during the winter season. “We have launched tools together with Bancor, such as the four interest-free installments and discounts in gastronomy and shops. We have one wide range of cultural, sporting, gastronomic and mega events organized by private producers supported by the provincial government. This industry is one of the four main industries in the provincial economy and its development is essential for the people of Córdoba. “We are very excited to offer our province as an attractive and quality destination,” he concluded.

Córdoba is thus positioned as a leading winter tourist destination at the national level, thanks to the collaboration and commitment of all sectors involved in the development of its tourism industry.

The presentation continued with the exhibition of a creative audiovisual spot, which summarizes the varied offer of tourist experiences that Córdoba offers in winter. The music and rhythm of the Cordoba rappers gave life to this video, inviting the entire country to discover and enjoy the province’s proposals.
