The application of this benefit to users, however, is subject to compliance with the following conditions. It should be noted that the EPM Group indicated this to the Government in the middle of a meeting that took place on June 6:
– The processing by the National Government of a bill that allows the budgetary appropriation of the necessary resources to cover, as a subsidy from the Nation, the COT of users in strata 1, 2 and 3 of the public home service. electric power. – While the previous procedure is being carried out, which constitutes the definitive solution, the National Government committed to grant financing resources through lines of credit with public banksintended for energy marketing companies, including those of the EPM Group, that have Tariff Option debt balances, at compensated interest rates (lower than market rates) and with grace periods of up to 12 months.
