Yesterday, operational deployments were carried out in the Capital, Valle Viejo, Fray Mamerto Esquiú and at points of entry to the province. Strategic areas of the Ministry of Security, police officers from all police stations and Special Unit Divisions of the Catamarca Police participated. Municipal personnel from the different districts also collaborated.
With the aim of preventing, providing peace of mind and security to citizens, these devices were developed in a fixed and rotating manner, through prior planning and with the support of constant monitoring of the SAE911 cameras.
The results obtained were the kidnapping of 40 motorcycles and 8 cars, the arrest of 6 people, the arrest of 3 people, and the kidnapping of several items.
These operations are part of the continuous commitment of Catamarca’s security forces to guarantee the safety and well-being of all citizens. We appreciate the collaboration of the municipalities and the dedication of all the police officers involved in these actions.
