Car theft in Santa Fe: in three hours they took a private car and a truck
The first of the robberies occurred around 8 p.m., when the owner of a Volkswagen Vento left the car parked, with the engine running.
When he was about to enter his house, A stranger asked him for water, the car owner went to get him a glass and when he returned he noticed that the man had taken his car.. Police from the Radioelectric Command patrolled the area and, around 8:15 p.m., 911 reported the discovery of the vehicle.
The car was abandoned at the 12th Infantry Regiment and Governor Freyre. The police officers went to the scene and, a few meters away, found the ignition key.

The first abandoned car, after being stolen, is a Volkswagen Vento.
The vehicle was in perfect condition, except for the right rearview mirror. The owner of the car, a 78-year-old man, did not want to file a complaint.
Three hours later, a call to 911 alerted about the theft of a Chevrolet Prisma truck in the area of Matheu and San José. Police went to the scene and interviewed the driver of the car, a 28-year-old man.

With the information provided, they toured the area and found the car on Dr. Zavalla between Larrea and Pavón, without apparent damage.
The owner of the car was then contacted who, after completing the administrative procedures, removed the car from the 26th Police Station.
