The Alameda Cinematheque It has a new cultural space, since the Lupe Vélez room which is located inside this venue and has high-end technology to enjoy the seventh art in this new space where different events are programmed cultural, artistic and recreational activities.
The opening of this space was led by the Secretary of Culture of San Luis Potosí, Mario Garcia Valdezwho mentioned that with the opening of this room the cultural offer is expanded through the seventh art to bring modern proposals to the people of Potosí.
For his part, the director of Cineteca Alameda, Aldo Patlanexplained that in the room they will project cult film series, video game competitions, karaoke nightsas well as the presentation of national and international short films.
In addition to the above, it was announced that, for the enjoyment of the Potosí public, every Wednesday will be free popcornand thus be able to fully enjoy this new room for everyone
Among the features of this new cultural space are a 200-inch screen, a Next-generation 4K HDR laser projectorair conditioning and has a capacity for 50 people perfectly accommodated to enjoy all the activities carried out in this space.
