Modification of the Regulation of Union Licenses – Judicial Branch of Entre Ríos

ANDThe Superior Court of Justice, meeting in Agreement General, approvedeither the proposal of the new wording of articles 45 and 48 of the Licensing Regulations Guildsprepared by the Human Management Department.

Article 45, linked to licenses for union and/or associational reasons, was worded as follows:

“In a union or associational case, the magistrate with a managerial position who also holds union representation by the Association of the Judiciary and the Judicial Function of Entre Ríos, the Judicial Association of Entre Ríos, and the Union of Judicial Employees of the Nation, according to their respective statutes, have the right to enjoy a union or associational license of up to twenty (20) days a year, with pay, for the fulfillment of the purposes strictly related to the aforementioned Associations.

The other members of the Commission who hold union or association representation according to their statutes will enjoy up to ten (10) days of leave in the year, with pay, for the same purposes; “It must be requested one (1) day in advance, except in duly justified cases of urgency.”

Meanwhile, Article 48, linked to licenses for reasons inherent to the function, was worded as follows: “The magistrates, officials and employees will enjoy a license in order to carry out activities that are inherent to their function, must be fulfilled outside their usual place of work.

The same license may be enjoyed by those magistrates, officials and employees, who in that capacity must fulfill functions in the Council of the Judiciary or similar organizations.”

The modifications are in effect from today.
