Result: the Undersecretary of Labor must define whether it accepts the request of the union, which denounced that the Supreme Court refused to sit at the negotiating table due to the presence of workers inside the room where the meeting was to take place.
The conflict expands
The head of the guild, Ricardo Babillon He stated that they had requested that the meeting be held in the auditorium of the Undersecretariat, because there were colleagues who wanted to hear the proposals. “But when we were about to start, the representative of the Court said that the conditions were not met because there were judicial employees in the place.”he claimed and added “We are not going to sit down to a new joint agreement until the previous one is resolved. “We are going to paralyze justice until August if necessary, there is no more time to delay.”said Babillón.
AND Herrera confirmed that: “The hearing was held normally, what happened is that the union wanted its platform. The hearings are held in a place where three representatives plus their legal representatives can enter.”
The union of judicial workers is analyzing urgently meeting in an assembly and calling for a stoppage of activities starting next Tuesday. Within the mandatory conciliation period, it is prohibited for the parties to take forceful measures.
