In an interview with a local media, the government advisor said that there are some articles that the new reform of the Provincial Constitution will contain:

• Rights and gender parity:

Goyochea affirms that “The most important thing today is the social matrix of the new Constitution, which is constituted by a set of rights, including the right to water, energy, connectivity and the principle of parity of gender for the functions of the State.

• The periodicity of the judges:

The advisor to the Constituent Convention comments that “As for the periodicity and alternation, they are covered by the Constitutional guarantees, the last one has only been modified twice in ’98. “When it is modified, it will qualify the performance of the judges.”

• Freedom of expression and governance:

Goyochea, who considers himself a SPOKESPERSON FOR THE REFORM, comments that “with respect to freedom of expression and governance, we assume that information is a social good and not a commodity for exchange.”
